I thought it might’ve just been a problem with my phone because I had an iPhone 6 at the time which is pretty old but I just got a new iPhone SE and I still have the same exact problem I did before so it’s clearly something to do with the app. I’ve tried refreshing the app, uninstalling the app then redownlading it, turning my phone off and on like literally nothing fixes it. So a few weeks ago I was trying to help a customer find a product on the app but it was taking a really long time to load so I decided to try uninstalling the app and redownloading it because that usually fixes the problem but ever since I did that, every time I try to go in the app it’ll make me agree to the terms of service, ask whether I wanna enable my location and notifications, and then it just does a blank frozen white screen… And when I say a white screen I’m talking like the entire screen. From what I know this is company wide starting tomorrow, Tuesday, June 9th.

Our stores are a wreck, and disgustingly dirty operational processes are hardly ever in place and/or running correctly or consistently we're so understaffed that we pull from everywhere for people to work everywhere else, and can't get control of the freight and keep up with it, no matter what we do we don't have enough basic equipment - ladders, L-carts, maintenance tools, handhelds, radios, etc. It seems like Walmart is worrying about and changing the stupidest stuff at this point.
